0.1 What is Actimo?
For new editors/admins, start with the short intro video:
If you want a little more detail on top of the video, use Actimo Basics:
-
Actimo Basics: Understanding the Platform & Message Composition explains:
What Actimo is: a mobile‑first platform for reaching and engaging employees, especially non‑desk workers.
What an Actimo message is (a personal web page with a unique link per contact).
How messages are sent (SMS, email, push, and public links) and how analytics work.

0.2 Supported devices, browsers and systems
Devices: Actimo supports almost all devices that can display web content: smartphones, tablets, laptops and display screens.
Browsers (general guidance): Use one of the two latest versions of major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
Internet Explorer 11: Actimo no longer supports Internet Explorer 11. Users should move to a modern browser instead.
If users report layout issues or features not working, first check:
Are they on a supported browser (and not IE11)?
Is the browser up‑to‑date (one of the last two versions)?

0.3 How to reach Actimo Support
You can reach the Actimo Support team in three ways, all going into the same system:
-
In‑platform chat (recommended)
Log in to Actimo (editor).
Click the yellow circle in the bottom‑right corner.
Choose “Send us a message” to open a support chat.
This is the fastest way to get help and lets Support see your account context.
-
Email
Send an email to support@actimo.com.
This lands in the same queue as chat, just without the in‑platform context.
-
Phone
Call +45 38 41 47 00, then press 2 to reach the Support team.
To help Support help you, always include:
Short description of the problem and what you expected instead.
IDs (Message ID, Contact ID, Academy ID, etc.).
Screenshots / screen recordings showing the full browser window.
Exact steps you tried so far, in order.
