1.1 How to log into Actimo (admins & editors)
Standard login flow:
Go to https://www.actimo.com.
Click “Login” in the top‑right corner.
Enter your email and password and click Sign in.
If you can’t access the editor:
Use “Forgot password” on the login page to receive a reset link.
If your company uses SSO for editors, you may need a dedicated SSO URL from your IT / Actimo admin.
If the SSO URL still takes you to the regular login page, clear cookies in your browser and retry.

1.2 Changing or resetting passwords (admins/editors)
Change password while logged in
When an admin/editor changes their password while logged in, all other active sessions are terminated, except the one where the change was made.
This is expected and is a security feature.
Forgot password / reset flow
When an admin/editor uses “Forgot password”:
-
They receive an email with:
A temporary token/password.
A link to the reset‑password page.
-
On the reset page they:
Enter the temporary token from the email.
Choose a new password that meets your security policy.
After resetting, all active sessions are terminated and they must log in again with the new password.
Use this when you want to explain why someone got logged out everywhere after a password change.
