Where can I find the Open rate?
You'll find the Open rate in the Dashboard of your Actimo account:

What is the data shown in the Open Rate?
The Open Rate shows you a percentage based on how many employees have seen a message that was created within the time frame you have chosen

Note: Open rates at certain timeframes may have a delay of up to one hour
- What does it mean the number of messages created per employee?
That's the number of how many messages were created (on average) for each employee in the selected period
What is the number of the total opened per active employee?
That's how many unique messages (on average) did active employees open in the period selected
Note: if you hover the mouse in those sections you'll be able to click on "see details" to have more information about them

Now let's take an example:
3 messages were created last 30 days
Message 1 published to 100, opened by 50
Message 2 published to 10, opened by 8
Message 3, published to 500, opened by 300
1 published to 150, opened by 120
2 published to 80, opened by 80
3. Published to 70, opened by 49

What can I do with "All the categories"?
Here you will be able to segment your communication using the Category Dropdown allowing for a more targeted view.

Note: we recommend using this to track communication such as news, announcements, campaigns, etc. It will not show you how static communication such as employee handbooks, landing pages, etc. is performing.
