What is a menu?
The menu is found on the top left-hand side of your app (after it's been added). It allows for easier navigation and is a great place for you to have access to the most used parts of your platform and for important links. The menu is also called a burger-menu, due to the resemblance of a burger (the 3 lines, sort of look like a burger). You can link to different places in your platform for easy navigation inside of your platform, or outside of it, using URLs.

How to create a menu:
Create a new message or open an existing one.
Find Menu under Advanced located at the bottom left side of the screen.
A window will appear, click on create new. Menus consist of Sections and Menu items. You can have several menu items for each section.
Configuration of the menu, you can: Set the text and background color, add an icon and add sections and menu items. You assign something for each menu item, by clicking what happens when clicked.
What happens when clicked:
Go to message: If you want to link to another message
Go to social: If you want to go to social wall
Go to academy: If you want to go to Academy
Go to URL: f you want to link out of Actimo
Once you're done creating your menu, you can add it to the rest of your platform. You do this under Admin settings, navigate to Defaults and find the Menu and choose the menu you created from the dropdown menu. Then the menu you've created will be the default menu for your platform.

What does it look like in your app?
When clicking the 3 lines (the burger menu), a menu will appear from the left-hand side of the screen. On the menu there can be sections and menu items - the menu items are the interactable part you can click and an action will happen, and the sections are for dividing the menu, for example; Academy, important links, key number etc.
