October is here and the final quarter is well underway. The end of the year has a habit of sneaking up on us, as do the many spook-tacular Halloween-related puns below, so here's your latest round-up to help you stay ahead and make the most of the months remaining.
From brand new features to fa-boo-lous updates this past month, here's everything worth knowing as we head into the last stretch of the year.
We are excited to share that the Actimo AI Assistant is now live!
Built specifically for the frontline and non-desk workforce, this new conversational assistant lives right inside the Actimo viewer app. Employees can ask routine questions in plain language and receive instant, trusted answers sourced directly from your published content and handbooks - complete with clickable source citations and seamless multilingual support.
Admins can configure and enable the assistant in just minutes with zero coding required and complete privacy built in.
Log in to your Actimo admin portal to activate the assistant for your teams, or reach out to your Account Manager with any questions. Find more information here in our Help Centre!
With it being the spooky season, we want to give your employees a frighteningly good way to engage with your app. Give your community pumpkin to talk about! And yes, you can absolutely steal that pun ๐
- Put all users under the spell of a wonderful looking app by adding a Halloween theme.
- Send your contacts in their own Mystery Machines to find a giant spider or ugly pumpkin hidden somewhere in your app using a Treasure Hunt.
For more tips and step-by-step guides, have a look at our 'seasonal content ideas' section of the Help Centre.
October is all about making things count (Dracula? - I apologise), and we've made some fangtastic (not sorry for this one) changes, especially to Contact Forms:
- Capacity limits on forms: Actimo Contact forms now support maximum sign-up limits for the "Add to group" action, with existing group members automatically counted toward the cap.
- Automated registration flow: Forms display live remaining spots, alert existing members to prevent duplicate entries, and automatically lock submissions with a disabled button when full.
