Create your message in different languages
When creating a message in Actimo you can set it to be in different languages, so the button and other modules will display the text in the chosen language.
Here is the list of the 21 languages supported on a message level:

Danish
Dutch
English
Estonian
Finnish
French
German
Hebrew
Hungarian
Italian
Japanese
Norwegian
Polish
Portuguese (BR)
Romanian
Russian

Swedish

How to change the language of a message?
To change the language go to the specific message and under the modules to the bottom right under advanced settings you will see the option to choose a language that looks like this:
How to set a standard language on all messages?
Only Admins can set a standard message language. It can be done by going to Admin settings > Defaults > Message language.
Change the language of the platform on your user account
You can also change the language of the whole platform for your user so it appears in the language you choose.
You can choose between these four languages:
Danish
English
Spanish
Suomi
How to change the language on your user account?
To change the language of the platform you should go to "Your account" > "Settings" > "Actimo interface language" Settings will display in a tab setting when you are on your account page.
